The 412,783-square-foot community features 233 residences ranging from studios to five-bedroom layouts, with private bathrooms in every bedroom.

Subtext recently acquired the land for a new mixed-use multifamily community at 931 Senate Street in Columbia that broke ground in Summer 2026.
VERVE Columbia was developed in partnership with FrontRange Capital. The financing was arranged with a syndicate of lenders led by CIBC. Architecture was led by Dynamik Design, and interiors were led by Mary Cook Associates. General contracting was led by W.M. Jordan Company with Davis & Floyd as the engineer.
