KNOXVILLE, TN – September 14, 2026 – Subtext, a national real estate company focused on elevating the resident experience, has officially opened EVER Knoxville, a new 14-story, 498-bed student housing community located at 1919 Lake Avenue, just steps from the University of Tennessee.
