Jeremy brings over a decade of real estate investment and equity fundraising experience. Prior to joining Subtext, he served as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Cottonwood, where he played a key role in scaling the capital markets team and in developing, launching and closing 13 investment funds totaling more than $900 million in equity since 2014.
