They will support the Investment Team by underwriting development opportunities, sourcing debt and equity and maintaining relationships with capital partners. font_container=&#8221;tag:h4|text_align:left&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;]<div class=\"nectar-fancy-ul\" data-list-icon=\"icon-salient-thin-line\" data-animation=\"false\" data-animation-delay=\"0\" data-color=\"accent-color\" data-spacing=\"10px\" data-alignment=\"left\"> \n<ul>\n<li>Underwrite ground-up development projects in tier one student housing markets and high-growth multifamily markets across the country.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing materials, pitch books, and other presentations for debt and equity partners.<\/li>\n<li>Perform in-depth real estate market analysis for a wide range of markets using Subtext analysis standards.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the development team with underwriting and market research from execution of the contract through stabilization.<\/li>\n<li>Build long-term relationships with regional and national lenders and equity partners.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the debt and equity capitalization of Subtext-owned and developed projects from inception to final disposition.<\/li>\n<li>Support the investments team in day-to-day communication with debt and equity partners.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the continuous improvement of investment and development processes and strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed and up to date with current trends and developments within capital markets, including changes in interest rates and investment patterns, to inform investment strategies and decision-making processes effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/div>[divider line_type=&#8221;No Line&#8221;
