The Yard, a mixed-use student community, is located three blocks from the University of Michigan, on the east side of South Main Street and just south of East Madison Street.

Students can choose among fully furnished studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom, five-bedroom and townhome units. Shared amenities include high-speed internet, an onsite leasing center, state-of-the-art clubhouse, fitness center, pool courtyard and conditioned parking garage.
