Canvas is a luxury student living community at the intersection of East Orange Street and South Terrace Road, within walking distance to the Arizona State University campus.

The project features micro, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units. The project will also feature a leasing office, lobby, study lounge, café and outdoor lounge areas on the first floor and a lounge and gaming area, indoor/outdoor fitness, tanning and sauna room, pool, outdoor kitchen, firepits and recreational area on the roof of the garage.
