Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is creative, detail-oriented, and driven to help amplify Subtext’s corporate marketing efforts and execute compelling brand strategies across all of our projects. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growth-driven organization while expanding your expertise in corporate branding, digital content creation, and marketing execution.
The Marketing Coordinator will be instrumental in developing and implementing Subtext’s marketing strategies, driving brand consistency, audience engagement, and impactful storytelling across all platforms.
Expectations
- Design branded print and digital assets, including brochures, presentations, signage, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all deliverables align with Subtext’s visual identity and messaging.
- Develop compelling graphics, photos, videos, and copy for use in both internal and external marketing communications.
- Capture and edit photo and video content for use across social media and marketing campaigns.
- Plan and create engaging, on-brand content for Subtext’s social media channels.
- Oversee updates and fresh content for the corporate website, ensuring a strong and engaging digital presence.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, activations, and brand-related initiatives.
- Coordinate high-end client and team gifting, including sourcing and selecting branded merchandise, managing inventory, and ensuring timely fulfillment for key milestones, events, and partnerships.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and creative strategies to keep Subtext ahead of the curve.
- Support marketing operations through organizational tasks, maintaining an efficient and high-performing department.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in marketing or communications role
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design or a related field preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills
- Proficiency in design and content creation tools like Canva, Capcut, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience creating and managing content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Sprout
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and website management
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized design assets and files
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mindset paired with meticulous attention to detail and data-driven decision-making
