The Associate Director of Land Acquisitions will work directly with the Vice President of Land Acquisitions and the acquisitions team to pursue land development opportunities in multiple markets across the country by developing relationships with local brokers, owners, and community stakeholders. Candidates must have dynamic verbal and written communication skills, analytical and quantitative skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.

Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Finance/Economics, Real Estate Development, Law, or related discipline is required.

3-5 years of real estate experience with emphasis on land acquisitions and development.

Strong ability to recognize opportunities in emerging markets.

Ability to work independently and react quickly in a demanding environment.

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, organization and leadership skills.

Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to work equally well in a team environment.

Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Travel is required 3-5 times per month.
